1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website axorventyx.com and the services offered by Axorventyx S.R.L. (hereinafter 'Axorventyx'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any provision, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Axorventyx offers online educational programs on trading and investing in financial markets. Our services include video training modules, downloadable educational materials, practical simulations with market data, group consultation sessions, and email support.
3. Educational Nature
Axorventyx is exclusively a financial education platform. We are not a stockbroker, financial advisor, or investment manager. The content provided is strictly for educational and informational purposes. No material offered constitutes financial advice, investment recommendation, or guarantee of results.
4. Results Disclaimer
Trading in financial markets carries substantial risks, including the possibility of losing all invested capital. Past results do not guarantee future results. Axorventyx is not responsible for investment decisions you make as a result of participating in our educational programs. Each student is entirely responsible for their own financial operations.
5. User Requirements
To use our services you must: be at least 18 years of age; provide truthful and current information when registering; not share or redistribute Axorventyx educational content; use the services solely for personal training purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content available on axorventyx.com, including texts, videos, graphics, logos, educational materials, and source code, is the exclusive property of Axorventyx S.R.L. or its licensors. The reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or any unauthorized use of the content without prior written consent from Axorventyx is prohibited.
7. Payments and Refunds
Prices for educational programs are expressed in Argentine pesos (ARS) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full before accessing the content. We offer a 7-calendar-day trial period from the enrollment date. If within that period you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund by contacting contacto@axorventyx.com. After that period, no refunds will be issued.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Axorventyx shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to financial losses derived from trading operations.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axorventyx S.R.L., its directors, employees, and collaborators, from any claim, damage, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Commercial Courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other forum or jurisdiction.
11. Modifications
Axorventyx reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the services after publication of changes implies acceptance thereof.
